Scope and Applicability

These Bonus Terms and Conditions govern all bonus offers operated by Vc55. They apply to deposit bonuses, free spins, cashbacks, and no‑deposit promotions, and to all players participating in such promotions unless a promotion states otherwise.

Eligibility and Verification

• Only players who have completed required verification may claim any bonus. Verification includes a valid email address, a verified phone number, and confirmation of full name, residential address, date of birth, and acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
• Claims and participation are restricted to one account per person. If multiple accounts, IP addresses, or households are detected, Vc55 reserves the right to cancel bonus eligibility and any associated winnings.

Bonus Activation and Claim Process

To claim a bonus, activation must be completed before the applicable deposit is made, unless a promotion explicitly permits immediate credit. Activation is performed via the account dashboard under Bonuses or by entering a valid bonus code when prompted. If activation is not completed in advance, the bonus offer may be considered invalid.

Deposit Bonus

The Deposit Bonus is a match promotion tied to a qualifying deposit.

• Minimum qualifying deposit: 20 USD (or the approved currency equivalent).
• Maximum bonus amount per offer: 1,000 USD (or equivalent in the deposited currency).
• Bonus funds are credited to the bonus balance and are subject to the standard Terms and Conditions and wagering requirements below.
• Wagering requirement: 30x the sum of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus funds, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• To use bonus funds, switch the account balance to Bonus Funds before placing bets and ensure real-money balance is depleted prior to wagering on bonus funds beyond the allowed turnover.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is pending or active: 10 USD (or equivalent in the applicable currency).
• Bonuses expire after 7 days if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the period stated for the offer.

Free Spins

• Free spins are granted as part of a promotion and are non-transferable to other games unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Activation window: spins must be activated within 7 days of credit; after activation, you may select a single game for the spins and cannot change the game once selected.
• Use window: once activated, spins must be used within 24 hours; any unused spins expire at the end of the period.
• Number of spins and eligible games are defined in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements: winnings from free spins are treated as bonus funds and are subject to the standard wagering requirements (30x unless otherwise stated).
• Winnings from free spins are converted to real money only after wagering requirements are met and the funds are released in the main balance.
• Maximum bet during a free-spins promotion: 10 USD (or equivalent).
• Free spins must be activated and used in the game specified by the promotion; they may not be transferred to another player.

No Deposit Bonus

• No deposit bonuses require no prior deposit and are awarded during specific promotions or as promotional events.
• Maximum eligible winnings from no deposit bonuses: a currency‑specific cap (for example, 5,000 USD equivalent) unless the promotion states otherwise.
• No deposit bonuses expire after 7 days unless the promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements: 30x on no-deposit bonus funds and any winnings from them before withdrawal; winnings may be withheld or forfeited if wagering is not completed within the specified period.
• Bet limits during wagering and all other standard bonus terms apply.

Cashback Promotions (Deposit/Bet Cashback)

• Cashback is credited within 60 minutes after the cashback period ends and is deposited to the player’s main wallet; no wagering requirements apply unless stated in the offer terms.
• Minimum cashback amount: 1 USD (or equivalent); there is no maximum limit stated for cashback within the promotion.
• Qualifying activity: a deposit within 24 hours after activation is often required to qualify for cashback; only settled bets are included in cashback calculations.
• Cashback currency is determined by the currency of the qualifying deposit or bet as specified in the promotion terms.
• Cashback is subject to general bonus terms and is not transferable between accounts.

Game Contributions and Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Rollover assumption: 30x for standard bonus funds unless the offer states a different rate.
• Game contributions toward wagering requirements are defined as follows unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms: Slots 100%; Live Casino 5%; Roulette, Blackjack, and other table games 5%; Sportsbook bets 10%; Provably Fair Games 5%.
• Some games and promotions may be excluded from wagering contributions. Free spins and bonus rounds do not count toward wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Gamble and Double Up features do not count toward wagering requirements, nor do free spins and bonus rounds for the purposes of meeting wagering requirements.
• Only real-money bets contribute toward wagering requirements. Bets placed with bonus funds are the only bets that count for wagering requirements once real-money funds are depleted.

Restrictions and Prohibitions

• Promotions are intended for recreational players. Vc55 reserves the right to limit or revoke eligibility for all or part of any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Maintenance of an active bonus is limited to one bonus at a time. If a new bonus is activated while another is active, the existing bonus and any winnings attributed to it may be forfeited.
• Vc55 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim, or refuse any promotion at its discretion and to apply non-material changes without prior notice.
• Bonuses may be withheld or cancelled if sign-in data or verification information is falsified or suspected to be fraudulent.
• All promotions are subject to the terms and the maximum operations defined by the payment and processing policies of Vc55.

Expiries, Forfeiture and Settlement

• All bonuses and associated winnings expire in 7 days unless the individual promotion terms specify a different period.
• Upon expiry, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus activity are forfeited, and any further bonus-related activity is disabled.
• After bonuses are wagered, forfeited, or lost, any free spins or bonus rounds associated with that bonus shall no longer be usable.

Data Privacy and Publicity

Vc55 handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Where a promotion offers publicity, winners may be featured in communications using only publicly available identifiers (such as nickname or initials) with the player's consent or as permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

Vc55 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the account notices or official communications. Non-material changes may be implemented without prior notice.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms and any promotional offers are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which Vc55 operates. Any disputes arising from bonus offers shall be resolved in the competent courts or by the applicable regulatory framework in that jurisdiction, at Vc55’s election.
